The Great Struggle

The Great Struggle

Do you know – that everyone struggles with the issue of Self Worth. EVERYONE!

As in… I’m not good enough, I’m not ready, I don’t think I can do it, I can’t charge that…

Here is an exercise that was shared with me from one of my many mentors that I went through yesterday morning – and I believe it can really help.

Close your eyes and think of the biggest achievement in your life.
Something you won
Something you had to fight to get
Something where you came out better than ever before
Something where you got it done – no matter what
Something you are proud of.
Got it?
Think about that event for a little while
Dwell on it.
Remember how it felt to achieve it…
Got it clear?
Now
WHO did that?
Was it you? or someone else?
WAS IT YOU????
No one else did that. Right?
ONLY YOU DID THAT
You are the one
YOU.
No one else.
YOU can do stuff.
YOU Have done it before.
YOU have the power and the strength.
YOU are good enough.
Hold on to it.
And move forward with strength and courage.
YOU can achieve great things.
YOU already have.

So know that you are not alone in the struggle. Let me know if this exercise was helpful and share your thoughts with us in the comments below.
